This is what a Police State looks like
Pittsburgh Police Take a Photo With Arrested Student video from IReport.com
The question is simply this, who holds the sovereign power of the United States? According to the Constitution, it is We the People. The fundamental concept of the United States, the idea that made the King of England charge our founding fathers as 'traitors', is that the sovereign power of a nation lies with the citizens of that nation.
A police state, where the power resides in the police, and a democracy, where the power resides with the people, are not the same thing. Watch this video, and then ask yourself whether these police officers believe that power resides with them, or with the citizen being held to his knees to force his participation in their group souvenir photo?
