BTW, organized crime create this 'mutant' form of capitalism ages ago. Now its just has the face of accountants and lawyers and such. But, they still offer a deal others can't refuse, with the same muscle, torture and murder as the stick in case anyone doesn't want the rotten carrot bits still hanging from the string.
